Vita

M.Sc. Martin Cardaun studied mechanical engineering from 2010 to 2016 with a specialization in power engineering at RWTH Aachen University. In 2016 he switched to the master program of power engineering with a specialization in regenerative energy technologies. In 2018 he finished his studies successfully.

Since June 2018, Mr. Cardaun has been working as a research assistant at the Chair for Wind Power Drives. He mainly focuses on the MBS-Simulation analysis of overall dynamics and acoustics of gearless wind turbines.
Mr. Cardaun is assisting the course “Wind Energy” through the exercise on “Wind Turbine Design".
